TRAINING WEEKS 27-28

Over the last two weeks I have been swimming on 6 separate occasions for at least 45 minutes each , and I have been out walking for at least 8 miles over yet he last two weeks , I have now bought a stepping step which I can use at home and at work so hopefully I can use this to ( step up to the plate ) ha ha ha , bye for now .

THOUGHTS FOR WEEKS 27-28

Over the last two weeks I have been thinking about the NVQ work I have to do this month , plus we have been given another assignment to do which is a course in cleanliness and infection control in the health and social care environment . It’s a long time since I did any what IDE call ( school work ) but its all got to be done if I’m to get my NVQ3 and pass this infection course . Also my son has had a couple of interviews for jobs at university , so been thinking about him too , also he gets married next month so that’s been on my mind too , but I’ve still been sticking to my food regime and exersise routine , when work has allowed . As you will have noticed there is no food diary for weeks 27-28 this because I have thrown my pad that I write them down in out with the newspapers silly me , and not because I have been eating takeaways and stuff that’s bad for you before any of ou start ha ha ha , it shall resume from this Monday 22nd July 2013 , anyway time to say bye bye for now and thanks again for all your support xxx love you allĀ 

THOUGHTS FOR WEEKS 25-26

Over the last two weeks we lost one of our friends to cancer , he was only young , 47 , very sad for his girlfriend and close family , and a big shock to his mates as well , it’s when things like this happen that you feel that you want to live forever , but sadly we will not . So another thing it does is give us a new lease of life , as we say to ourselves , right lets make the most of this great gift of life that we have been given , so that’s what I intend to do , and I hope all you will too . I’m finding this challenge really hard , a lot harder than I actually thought , don’t worry I’m not giving up , it’s just that with normal life and work , and the knocks we all take along the way , it sometimes makes you think , ( what am I doing this for ) but then I snap out of it , I’m sure those of you who have given up smoking and been on diets and Heath kicks yourselves know what I mean , but I just keep remembering that I’m doing this for myself FIRST and for my children , as they want me around for a long time , so that’s my motivation , ile get there to that ten stone weight loss eventually , but will need all the support and help I can get , which I may add I’ve had in spade loads from lots of you , so thanks for that . Just a thought for my eldest son John , who has had an interview for a lecturers job at derby university , good luck son , and he has one coming up at Salford uni too , which is the one he wants really , so good luck to you son , I love you loads xxx thanks again to all my friends and family for your continued support xxx it all helps xxx

EXERCISE WEEKS 25 -26

Over the last two weeks I have been really busy at work , I have taken on extra shifts on my days off as just getting back into work , I’ve had lots to pay for , but during that time I have managed to get out for 7 one hour swimming sessions , and hav been out walking on several occasions , I have also just bought a stepper which I can take to work with me , an I have just started using this in the last couple of days , still not getting enough exercise but , hopefully things will improve when I don’t have to do as many shifts , xxx
