Target Weight Loss – Month One

Based on the measurements that I took last Thursday (see results here), I suggest that we aim for a target weight loss of 1 stone by the end of month one. I have added a widget to the sidebar of this blog (look at the right hand side of the home page) called “next weigh in” so you can see how many days are left until you are next due to be weighed and measured. 1 stone sounds like a lot of weight to lose, but it equates to just over 3 lbs of weight lost per week. This is a modest target, especially given your starting weight. After the first weigh in, I suggest that we weigh you every two weeks so we can monitor your weight loss strategy more closely and make any interim changes to your diet and training if necessary. Let’s get off to a good start and nail this target! You can definitely achieve this!
