TRAINING FIRST WEEK

MONDAY 7TH JAN  2  -15 minute walks with ringo , and 15 minutes on exercise bike , TUESDAY 8TH JAN 20 minute walk into middleton and 20 minute walk back , 2 – 10 minute walks with ringo , 15 min on exercise  bike , WEDNESDAY 9TH JAN half hour walk with ringo , 15 minutes on exercise  bike , THURSDAY 10TH JAN half hour walk with ringo , 20 minutes on exercise bike , FRIDAY 11th JAN 2 walks with ringo , half hour on bike ,  SATURDAY  2 walks with ringo , rested as going to gym tommorow with our john , SUNDAY 13th JAN , went down to HIGH PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING the gym my son runs , he was showing me some exersises i can do at home , we had a good work out for 45 minutes , then a walk in the park , END OF FIRST SEVEN DAYS ,  MONDAY 14th JAN  been in most of day today looking for work  , went on bike this morning for 20 minutes , walked ringo ,
