TRAINING WEEK 5

This week i have been trying to walk futher and faster when ive been out that is , had some really changeable weather this week , but where i havent been able to get out walking ive been on the trusty indoor bike , and ive been using my top three stepsin the flat to walk up and down over and over again in ten reps at a time , supprising how knackered you get doing it though , so anyway need to step it up again next week , bit further bit faster , wish me luck ,,,,,,
