6.30pm , pasta quills sauce , and boiled broccoli , coliflower , and carrots , orange juice , snacks for today , apples

WED 23rd JAN , 9.30am , cereal , coffee , banana ,

12.30 pm , gammon and tommato sandwich , wholemeal bread , 2 rounds , coffee and orange juice ,

4.00pm , gammon sandwich with salad , and beetroot ,

7.00pm , pasta with peas and sweetcorn , juice and coffee , snacks for today , plums and bananas ,

THURS 24th JAN , 7.30 am , cereal coffee , fruit ,

12.30pm , 2 ham and piccalili sanwiches , apple and coffee and juice ,

4.00 pm , can of tommato soup ,

7.00pm , vegetable curry with brown rice , juice , fruit , snacks for today , banans , apples , oranges ,

FRI 25th JAN , 8.15 am , cereal , coffee , fruit ,

11.45, am , 2 ham sandwiches , fruit , coffee juice ,

6.30 pm , pasta with peas and sweetcorn ,

8.30pm , bit more pasta , snacks for today , plums , bananas  oranges ,

SAT 26th JAN , 9.30 am , 2 grilled sausage sandwiches with tommato

12.00 pm , soup and a ryvita , coffee , apple ,

6.00pm , roast dinner with 4 bird roast , minted patatoes , and lots of vegetables , broccoli , carrots , and cabbage , low fat gravy ,
