THOUGHTS FOR WEEK 9

This week i have been trying new things after my weigh in and my little bit of disapointment at only loseing 6 pounds , i know i should be happy with that but got to be honest i wasent , great that its 6 pound gone , but wanted more so this week i have been looking at portion sizes and seeing where to get them a bit smaller , so this week im trying a new sized plate to eat all my meals off . also i have been making home made fat free soups , as some of you have comented on them you know what i am doing , its dead easy for any of you that want to make them , i just go on utube put in what ever soup i want to make and bingo there is a video of it being made from start to finish , brilliant , you can even pause it if they are going to fast for you , the great thing about home made soups is that a big pan full will last all week , and if you feel peckish anytime you can just warm a bowl up in the microwave , but they are full of goodness and fat free ,, just the ticket , so im confident of getting a stone off this month so keep your fingers crossed for me , catch you all soon , thanks again for all you support on my blog , spread the word and dont forget i cant do it without you all xxxx love you xxx
