WED 26th June ,, no breakfast went to Stuart’s for a barbeque , had burger chicken sausage , plenty of salad , but no bread
THUR 27th June ,,, 11.00am 3 eggs on toast juice ,,, 6.00pm slimming world young chow fried rice
FRI 28th June ,,, 7.30 am ,, cereal coffee 12.30pm soup and a roll ,,, 7.00pm ,,, liver and bacon , with mash and veg
SAT 29th June ,,, 8.30am ,,, cereal , coffee ,,, 12.00 ,, chicken salad sandwich ,,, 6.30 pm ,, penne pasta and vegetable sauce ,,
SUN 30th June ,, 7.30am ,, cereal coffee juice ,, 12.00pm ,, tommatoes on toast ,, 7.00pm ,, home made leek and potatoes soup
